Actuarial Reporting System
We developed Actuarial Reporting System to assist
Actuarial Departments with analysis of profitability of accounts, pricing and
reserving. On a monthly basis, extract files are created and fed into the
Actuarial Reporting System. This process utilizes data cleansing and
specialized calculations such as earned premium based on client requirements.
The System includes ad-hoc Calendar Year reporting for both premium and losses.
Data is made available as a printed report, an Excel spreadsheet or an Access
database.
Loss Development Triangles
We developed Loss Development Triangles to assist Actuarial Departments in
monitoring loss development. Our design includes Triangles on Paid and Incurred
Basis, for Policy Year, Accident Year and Reported Year. Over sixty different
combinations are available such as losses capped at a dollar amount, claim
counts, and deductible/salvage/subrogation analysis. We have also designed and
implemented Triangles listing premium and loss data on a written and earned
basis.
